I love what Walmart has to offer. What I don't like, is the busy crowd it attracts. If I could purchase my stuff online and get it by just pulling up, that would be perfect. Yes, I am aware that it is possible and already in place, but, you don't accept ebt cards over the internet. That's why I keep most of my business with places less busy where I have to go into.
Great selection on many items but are sometimes slow on stocking the shelves. If you can find an employee, they will normally go in back and get what you want. $1.99 chicken breast seems cheap enough and there is always plenty of parking all though the one entrance and exit is a huge bottle neck. But it's good to remember this is a Wal-Mart.
I needed a hunting license. Stood at the sporting goods counter for 5 minutes before an employee came by. Asked said employee if they could help. Said employee said no, but would get someone who could. 10 minutes later, 2 employees come by carrying snacks. They proceed to, right in front of me, ring each other up and eat their snacks. I politely stand and watch as they consume their Slim Jim's and crackers. As they are finishing their snacks, one looks at me and asks if I need help. I explained I needed a hunting license. One employee asks if I had been standing there the whole time because I needed the license. I, as politely as I can, said "yes." Without apology, I finally get my hunting license and got outta there.
This place is overall good but there are some staff that don't know what the heck they are doing. All they do is walk together around the store and talk instead of keeping the clothes area nice and organized and clean. People that work in the electronics are also always on their phones and don't have manners, they don't greet you, they don't ask if you need help. But there are some staff that you see doing their job and helping people and I thank those employees for doing what they are supposed to do to keep the place running.
Many items for all ages, has groceries and seasonal items, great clearance items, clean restrooms, and store, very nice ,professional staff, went the extra mile to help me find something, in the fabric, material section. Not many Walmarts have material and sewing sections. Am so impressed that this one has one! This is where I go for many crafts and materials ! Always something fun and new here!
