Return policy at Sam's Club is awesome, and worth the membership fee. At any time you are unsatisfied with a product it can be returned for a full refund (excludes electronics). Just keep the receipt. If a non-electronic product (furniture, mower, generator, rake, blender, etc.) ever breaks even after 5 years. 100% refund.
Me and my mom we're shopping at Sam's club. Everything was going fine until we arrived at the checkout. The cashier lady told us to take out all of our items-which was odd. She took them all out, and in the process she cracked 2 of our items. When we asked if she can give us new ones-she said no. After we paid for our items, another car filled with EVEN MORE items came to checkout. And the lady didn't make her take out her items. This ruined my Christmas, cashiers should be more careful and thoughtful.

A really mediocre location. It is always super busy, the store is of average cleanliness, it tends to have that old grocery store smell which can be a bit off putting.
Absolutely Gargabe Customer Support, Waste of money and time. Struggling for last few days to get refund back, on the order which was cancelled by Sams' club without any notification, no refund back. Don't purchase their paid membership, go to Costco instead to give it a try. Wasted my time and money.
