Tim was great! Very friendly! He made it a super easy buying experience. We would definitely recommend him at the fridley location. This was definitely a no pressure sale, it was very comfortable. We will be coming back to Tim. Thanks!
I would give zero stars but that is not an option. Products are nice however I cannot say that about Their management and employees customer service. I was hung up on by the manager and was rudely spoken to by the receptionist. I had issues with a dresser in which I received 2 damaged ones and was dealing with the issue for over a month. 2 time I received the damaged dresser, I was thoroughly upset and had a go at the manager Tyler/Taylor. I never once directed my frustration at him directly but he hung up on me and would not take by call to resolve the matter. Then the receptionist Carry spoke to me very rudely and accusing me of cursing directly at the manager which I did not do. I cursed in the context of the situation and how long I have been dealing with the issues of damaged items. Since the manager refused to take my call, I said I will send my wife in to deal with the matter. The receptionist then accused of that statement as a threat. You did not want to help over the phone and when I said I am going to send my wife in to deal with the issues that becomes a threat? So she hung up on me. My wife goes to the store to speak with the manager in person and when she asked the receptionist, the receptionist yelled at my wife in the presence of customers. Then she was a bit condescending to my wife asking her if she knows what customer service is? I mean really? The service in which you provided is the exact opposite of what you.re suppose to do. They are quick to try and sell you items but the service you receive after you have paid them will not be pleasing. I was also spoken rudely to by their delivery driver because he couldn't find my house and he said he wasted an hour of his time trying to find my house...thats my fault? Then as they bring in the second damaged dresser, they walk into the house with their shoes on all over the carpet without putting on shoe covers and when I asked him kindly to remove their shoes, he stared at me in disgust. I honestly do not understand how they are in business with this type of service. The odd part of this whole situation is when my wife went into the store to speak with the manager, he told my wife he understood the situation as he has to deal with a lot of these similar situation that gets handed to him...that in itself tells you a lot.
Leann was awesome! She took my mother and I on a total experience of buying a mattress. She offered us every end of the spectrum and didn't treat us any differently after learning our budget. She did not try and sell us anything we didn't want or need. By the end we felt like we were dealing with a friend. Devon was a little too efficient, got kind of a rushed vibe. However it was Black Friday and we were one of hundreds of people he would have to help that day. The financing department was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us many options. BUT! The delivery process was a nightmare!!! Not only did they take 5 weeks to deliver it, but they gave you small inconvenient windows to work with. The delivery driver (the main one) was really rude. Made me feel guilty about taking my old mattress and belittled me about not taking my frame.(which I knew I had to discard myself) They tracked a bunch of snow and dirt into my house and left my doors wide open after I told them I had pets. When I closed the door he said "you knew we were coming back up, why did you close the door?" I repeated that I had pets in the home, and that it was winter and my house was freezing! The cherry on the top is that they knocked a huge piece of drywall off the ceiling of my stair case and pushed it all under a rug at the bottom of the stairs. I would only recommend this company if you are opting out of delivery!
Ordered a Darcy sofa and chair. The sofa arm arrived broken and they guaranteed the delivery of a new one before Christmas at no extra cost however I still have not received a call pertaining to the sofa and Christmas is just around the corner. Called customer service and hung up due to the long wait time. I've called numerous times with all representatives talking in a rude tune which clearly expresses poor customer service. Never ordering from this company again in the future as it is too much of a risk. Still waiting on that new sofa.
Wonderful selection of many items here! Mike helped my boyfriend and I pick out our sectional couch and he was the best sales consultant I have experienced in a long time. Seriously, ASK FOR MIKE! He was very helpful and incredibly patient. He gave us our space to peruse and answered questions when we needed it. Usually I feel like the sales people are overly pushy when it comes to stores like this, but Mike was perfect. Made out experience memorable and we are SO in love with our new couch!
