I would give this place 10 stars, but their is only 5. We have been having a bad week/ bad day.When we walk into this place they were soooooo nice to us.
They always have enought product. They never run out of your favorite treat. The place is neat and orderly. The service people are friendly and nice. If a mistake is made they will fix it right away.
I have yet to have a pleasant experience at the fridley diary queen. The staff are all incompetent on how to make a royal blizzard so they charge you for a royal but give you a normal blizzard. I have had countless encounters where they either make the wrong thing or they take the order in correct. I feel I am being generous by giving them 2 stars when I have had so many bad experiences here. There is one female staff member who is very nice and every time she has helped me I have always gotten what I ordered. Don't get rid of her!
Could have sounded more enthused than it sounded when taking our order? Hard to find ideal employees that are deliver excellent customer service. Needs motivational skills to excel & customer service. Would like to hear customer driven service can only improve performance.
Messed up order multiple times and one time got completely black toast. This location needs improvement.
