Great service! Very relaxing
Poor front desk customer service. I prepaid for series of 6 facials and yet I was charged $15 for a facial. The lady working the front-desk did not understand the concept of prepaid. It was the most frustrating customer service experience I've had recently. I field a complaint with BBB.
