So.... The prices here are are a little more than one would expect. It appears that they get store returns from big box stores. I'm not 100%sure though. Prices are cheaper than the store, but not quite thrift store prices. It's a pretty big store. Every day has a different color price tag that has a discount. Check the item before you purchase, to make sure It works.

Items are over priced for a thrift store. I've actually found items for cheaper at a regular store than this one. And there is no return at all, if you buy something for $50 and it breaks in two days, too bad, you're stuck. There are absolutely no returns at all. That kind of risk would be okay if you were saving 80-90% off retail, but here you're barely saving 15-30% off what you'll pay for it online in brand new condition with warranty and return privilege. I do like the fact that the purchase supports local community and people in need, but their pricing is just not conducive for that model to be sustainable. Their items would move better if they were priced more aggressively. This store is for people who have no bargain hunting skills, they assume that since it is a thrift store they're getting a good deal. Not the case here, you can pay almost as much and get a brand new item from a reputable store such as Macy's or Amazon backed by good customer service, in case something goes wrong.
Decent place the prices are good. There is not much customer service and it's a bit dirty. Overall it's ok.
The employees at this store are awesome. They really need more donations.
I think prices are too high for used clothing, etc. The quality is low as if they don't discard some things that should be discarded.
